What is the Foxtrot Certification Program?
The Foxtrot Certification Program was created to help you become a certified Foxtrot user. This semi-annual instructor-led program includes lessons on the different aspects of the newest Foxtrot release and ends with a certification exam. If you’re looking to expand your knowledge of Foxtrot, test your skills, and showcase your expertise to peers, then get started and get certified!
What will I learn during the Foxtrot Certification Program?
Depending on the level of certification you select you’ll learn how to:
- Master the concepts of licensing, role management, and security.
- Build, test, and optimize your Foxtrot projects for greater accuracy.
- Re-engineer processes and deliver improved workflows.
- Work with advanced formulas, use advanced Excel techniques, and manipulate Action Rules.
- Maximize your organization's ROI by finding Foxtrot utilization opportunities within other areas of your organization.

When does the course start and finish?
The dates and times for each instructor-led course are displayed on the course pages. The exam is self-paced – you decide when you start and when you finish. There is no time limit in which you need to complete it; however, we do ask that you submit your exam within 30 days of completion of the course.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you’ll have unlimited access to the recording(s) of the course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own.
What is a Foxtrot Certificate?
When you complete the course and pass the final exam, you will receive an industry-recognized certificate, proving your Foxtrot expertise. (Don't forget to update your LinkedIn profile!)
How do I get a certificate?
In order to receive a certificate, you will need to pass the final exam in your chosen course. The final exam consists of several multiple choice questions. Please be aware that you have only two attempts to pass the exam in each course. We encourage you to attend the entirety of the instructor-led webinars in order to successfully pass the final exam. You need to have at least 70% correct answers to pass the exam and receive the certificate.
Can I retake the final exam in a given course?
You have two attempts to pass the final exam.
